Our Current Support Groups:
Weight Loss
Research has shown that people are more successful with weight loss when working with a team! Our weight loss group provides information on healthy eating, fitness, and more to motivate each other to reach our common goal of weight loss. As a member of our team, you could work individually with a member of Dr. Curnew’s volunteer team to reach your goals and/or join our group sessions that occur virtually! Individual calls: Tuesday afternoons from 4 pm to 7 pm and Saturday mornings from 10 am to 12 pm Group sessions: Tuesday evenings from 7 pm to 8 pm
Mindfulness, Meditation & Movement
In the MMM group we incorporate the 3 pillars of healthy living: movement (exercise), motivation, and mindfulness. We try different exercises, share jokes, and de-stress every Wednesday night. Come join our community, all are welcome!
Plant-Based Dieting
Interested in the benefits of plant-based eating? "Food as Prevention" is a program led by a dear colleague, Dr. Ganguli. Sign up today for a referral letter to Dr. Ganguli’s program.
